This poll was conducted to explore employers’ perceptions about digital and tech apprenticeships. The findings are being used by the Tech Partnership to increase awareness and understanding of how apprenticeships can benefit their businesses.

Education, Skills and the Economy Sub Committee Enquiry into Apprenticeships (March 16)
In March 2016, the Tech Partnership submitted evidence to the Education, Skills and Economy Sub Committee Enquiry into Apprenticeships. The report advises that employer responsibility and input into apprenticeships must continue, to ensure coherence in an ‘increasingly chaotic’ landscape.
This research was designed to elicit employer responses to why they have or have not yet taken digital apprentices in their organisations. The report was constructed by analysing the results of a small survey carried out on the Tech Partnership website between February and March 2016.
