Quicksilva: Andy Cripps, ‘Continuous Delivery and working in an SME’
Biography: Andy Cripps, Technical Director, Quicksilva
Andy has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry most recently as Technical Director at Quicksilva, an SME providing integration services with the NHS Data Spine and across the healthcare sector.
Andy’s experience spans Services Management (ITILv3), Information Security (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus) and IT Delivery (ISO 9001) with a special interest in data security and protection. He is responsible for Quicksilva’s IT delivery strategy and oversees the software development, testing and service desk teams, the IT support team and cyber security function.
Andy holds an MSc in Computing (Information Security), is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and holds Microsoft (MCSA) and ITILv3 certifications. Andy is also a member of the Tech Partnership Degrees board.

Along the way, I’ll introduce Quicksilva and explain why I think an SMEs like us can be an excellent choice for your tech career.
