Biography: Iker Ganuza, Transformation Manager, Sales and Marketing, Pepsico
Iker has been with PepsiCo International for over six years and has delivered IT and business transformation initiatives across different regions within Europe including Spain, Portugal, Russia, the Balkans and UK. He is currently responsible for defining the transformation strategy and spearheading the portfolio of transformational change programmes partnering with business functions and senior leaders across UKISA Commercial and Marketing functions.
Before moving to the UK, Iker led the Logistics and Supply Chain business solutions strategy definition focusing on harmonising and standardising business processes and tools across Europe, delivering substantial productivities and enabling business growth levers.
Prior to his time in PepsiCo, Iker gained experience as a senior consultant working for a major consulting firm in Spain and Latin America specialised in delivering major SAP implementation programmes.
As an IT professional, Iker’s specialisations centre on strategy definition, leading change and transformation, programme and project management, business engagement and business process improvement.
Iker is originally from Spain, and holds two engineering degrees in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Masters in Project Management from the Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona.

In Iker’s lecture, he will talk about the impact and dependency of technology in the different areas and processes within a global and major FMCG company. Iker will focus on the role of technology to enable business high performance and to unlock productivities and growing opportunities as well as on the different career opportunities an IT professional can find in a large FMCG organization.
