Biography: Lindsay Phillips, EMEA Applications Management Run Services Practice Lead, HP

Lindsay leads the Run Services Practice with over 1000 staff in EMEA Applications Management Services. His responsibilities include delivery of run services including Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management and Escalation Management to EMEA clients. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of a world class leveraged Global Delivery model that supports Application Services’ overall growth and service excellence aspirations.

Lindsay brings a broad range of IT end to end experience having worked in the IT industry since 1995. He has held a wide variety of Applications (Integration, Implementation & Support) and Technical/Infrastructure roles with strong industry experience in the Consumer Product Goods industries and specific expertise and experience in large scale SAP implementations & upgrades.

Joining HP in August 2003 as part of a mega-outsourcing deal, Lindsay has held a variety of global roles in HP ranging from Enterprise Architect, Client Manager and Account Delivery Manager to running one of the largest and most complex Global SAP Upgrade/Unicode Programs (TCV $70m) HP has successfully delivered. Lindsay is a skilled organisation manager and is experienced in successfully leading his teams through significant change.

Lindsay holds a BSc(Hons) degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Northumbria graduating in 1995.
